Better Wellness Naturally - La Alza Health and Wellness is all about healing and acceptance.  From our extended family of therapists to our therapeutic modalities, we’ll emphasize creativity and wellness from a heart-centered place. La Alza means 'Upward'; and that's what we focus on doing: helping you to move up. Dr. Laura Weber Garrison, will work with you to create a personalized program that will inspire profound healing.  Further, you'll be provided with the tools you need to maintain your health and your open heart.

Sometimes in life we find that we are on a path that we never consciously planned for. The truth might be that we are meant to be conduits for greater healing and living examples for others and for the future.  We don’t always see it this way and many times we do harm to ourselves in our attempts to discern what we should or shouldn’t do.

Seeing the world in this way, that this path we have and continue to walk has some real and Divinely-inspired purpose, is a comfort.  And it is one that we can get work on together because, in the end, the result is the same regardless of the reason.

Together we can find ways to move forward through the challenges and embrace heart-centered solutions for a healthier, happier, and more peace-filled future.

So, even though there are people currently in your world who may be dismissive of your story as anecdotal, however long or convoluted or trauma-specific and detailed it might be, just remember that they, too, are here in Earth School for a reason. 

 

We can help you heal your reflexive responses toward them and their behaviors, past or present, toward you.

​

And even if you are a person whose condition has been labeled psychosomatic or idiopathic or are among the many more people whose symptoms were partially or completely mislabeled (and then had your story ignored), just know that you will be heard here.

The good news is this: 

You are living proof that things can and will change.

You are proof that there is hope, that amazing and wonderful things do take place in this world, and that the more that we embrace the possibilities, the more involved we can be. You are proof that our creativity is a Divine Connection and our birthright.

You are here to learn, to grow, to be, and to do.  Dr. Garrison asks that you never allow someone else’s opinion, no matter how much data they have to back up their stance, to prevent you from doing what you know in your heart is possible.
