Heart-centered Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions, Wellness Therapy sessions, Holistic Health Consultations, and limited Group Meetings are conducted Online and at our offices in Sarasota and St Petersburg by appointment only.  We offer a 20-minute, no-cost phone call with Dr. Garrison (please book using the link below) prior to seeing you as a client.  We do not conduct sessions, consultations, or make appointments via text.

Please note that we do have payment plans available. Better Wellness Naturally/La Alza Health and Wellness does not accept nor bill insurance.
